Registration Fee

Notice: These registration deadlines must be considered in Japan Standard Time (JST=GMT+9).

Regular
Early registration (until Nov. 10) : 20,000 JPY
Final registration (until Nov. 30) : 25,000 JPY

Student
Early registration (until Nov. 10) : 10,000 JPY
Final registration (until Nov. 30) : 12,000 JPY

Excursion : 4,000 JPY

Banquet :7,000 JPY

Note: Excursion fee and Banquet fee are NOT included in the (Regular/Student) registration fee.

Accommodation

A special plan for accommodation is supplied. Accommodation charges of the hotel "JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel Fukuoka" is as follows:

Single room: 9,200 JPY per night
Twin room: 16,000 JPY per night

An extra of 3,000 JPY is charged per person for an overnight stay on Saturday. These discount rates can be applied until November 20th. Exclusive file for hotel reservation is announced on the web. Please download the file and send attached file to desk of JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel by e-mail.
